A graduate from New York Institute of Technology, Paul is currently a student at Concord Law School at Purdue University Global.  He has been, most of his life, using parliamentary procedure in various business and organization meetings.  Paul is a Professional Registered Parliamentarian (PRP).  The PRP is the highest credential offered by the National Association of Parliamentarians. Only a small percent of the organization achieves it because it requires a detailed five-part-exam about all aspects of parliamentary procedure and live demonstrations of various scenarios you would run into serving a client.

Paul serves as the Second Vice President and Membership Chair of the Florida State of Parliamentarians and the President of the Florida Delta Unit of Parliamentarians.   The unit was organized to promote the study of parliamentary law not only by being a parliamentarian incubator by helping our members making the transition from “book learning” to “applied learning” but also by being a unit incubator in hopes of developing more units in Central Florida and surroundings.

Paul is also the founder and sole proprietor of Rules of Order a parliamentary consulting organization to serve clients across the United States.  Paul’s areas of expertise include but not limited to:
