The Florida State Association of Parliamentarians (FSAP) is proud of our geographically diverse local units. Each unit offers unique meeting schedules and formats — some meet in person, some are transitioning back to in-person meetings, while others continue to meet virtually. Please note that meeting details are subject to change.
FSAP encourages anyone interested in learning more about parliamentary procedure — including Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised, presiding skills, meeting structure, quorum, bylaws, and related topics — to contact any unit president by email or phone, or visit their respective social media platforms for more information.

The Apollo XI unit meets in person on the third Saturday of each month at 10:30 am from September through May. The meeting is held at the Brevard Association for the advancement for the Blind (BAAB office) located at 674 South Patrick Drive in Satellite Beach, FL. 32937 Guests are encouraged to email the president for more information. Bradenton |
The Bradenton unit meets on the third Thursday of each month at 2:00 pm via Zoom virtual platform. The unit does not meet in June, July, August, or September. The agenda begins with a short business meeting followed by the educational program. Please email the president to receive Zoom registration invitations for members and guests. Broward-Palm Beach Parliamentarians |
The Broward-Palm Beach Parliamentarians (BPBP) unit meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm via Zoom. The first hour of each meeting is devoted to an educational program on a selected parliamentary topic. The business meeting follows the education program. The Central Florida Parliamentarians unit meets every month on the second Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom virtual platform. The meeting starts promptly at 7:00 p.m. and is followed by a parliamentary training session. Please email Sam King to receive the Zoom registration and meeting information. There are no dues and guests are always welcome. |

Charlotte County |
The Charlotte County unit meets in person or by Zoom on the second Thursday in January, March, May, September, and November at 9:30 a,m. in Charlotte County. The business portion of the meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. and is followed by an hour-long educational seminar on a variety of topics. Miami Parliamentary Law Unit |
The Miami Parliamentary Law Unit unit meets in-person meets on the third Saturday of each month at 9:00 am via Zoom virtual platform. The meeting is held at the AFSCME Local 1542 Building located at 4349 NW 36th Street, Miami Springs, FL 33166 The 1st hour is the business section then followed by the educational section of the unit’s meeting.
