Overview of Experience

My twenty-four years of experience has been marked with personal rewards and challenges required to meet the needs of the various types of organizations listed above which are a mixture of international, national, state and local levels. It never ceases to amaze me that parliamentary procedure benefits all despite differences in its application based on the nature or structure of the organization.

Ready to serve your organization and make a difference:
• by consulting on writing bylaws that are concise and unambiguous whether in the development of bylaws for a new organization or amending or revising existing bylaws
• by preconvention consulting and planning that contributes to efficiency of the management of a convention meeting
• by presence at any meeting to be available to advise the presiding officer and/or members on parliamentary problems or issues that may arise during the meeting
• by preparing scripts for the presiding officer and others with the result that each is perceived as professional and in control
• by providing parliamentary procedure training for officers and members

Past clients have utilized these parliamentary authorities:
• Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised
• AIP Standard Code of Parliamentary Procedure
• Mason’s Manual of Legislative

Types of organizations served

  • Nonprofits
  • Corporations
  • Government – Federal
  • Government – State/Province
  • Government – Local
  • Home/Condominium
  • Owners Association
  • Trade Associations
  • Professional Associations
